Here's a test for pain response that a Chief Resident of Surgery taught me years ago: clamp a hemostat down on the nipple.
I guarantee that this technique has a 100% accuracy rate in detecting people who are trying to fake unconsciousness (or a pseudoseizure).
And, I can't wait until Voldie goes into opiate withdrawal, which is not fatal--just awful enough to make you pray for death!

YEOWWW! (Winces in agony and covers both nipples!) Why not just stab electrodes into his scrotum!?!
While your method works, in combat, it is impractical.(Body armor and such things) However the hands are freely available.
I had to watch over my brother Joseph, in heroin withdrawal when I was sixteen. I think I'd prefer to keep him hooked, y'know?
