Your stories always inspire eloquent responses such as "OMGWTFHOLYCRAP O.O" from me. In a good way! :) This was just...fascinating. The raw, no-holds-barred way you handled the idea was really awesome, and the ending I'd been kind of expecting, but then I read that last word and the "omgholycrap O_O" came back and kicked me in the gut. :) Really powerful stuff.
