I like this. The gradual increase is rarely seen in harmony-stories. Still, i miss a bit of action. It doesn't have to be a lot, just something other than letters and mundanities. I also agree completely with the winged cat above.
I also think spacing is good. I assume you fixed the complaint as i found nothing to remark upon. It would be funny to have the pair threaten to transfer and a honest headmaster bending backwards to get them to stay. Ah well. I like the story, it could do with some extra events, but I'll be here when you update.

I know what you mean about the gradual changing of feelings. Stories that have Harry and Hermione snogging each other in Chapter 1 cause me to lose interest pretty quickly in most cases.

There will be action later on. This won't necessarily be a fast-paced, action-packed story, but there will be action along the way.

The spacing issue has already been corrected, yes. Believe me, you would have noticed if it hadn't. If I had been reading this story here on Ficwad, I would've been pretty annoyed at the bizarre spacing, so I'm glad that reviewer brought the problem to my attention.
