Before I begin lavishing you with many ego-stroking comments, just know I've seen the anime of 'Revolutionary Girl Utena' maybe twice, and therefore have a very vague understanding of the show itself.
That being said, I read this story because of genuine interest in this story alone, not for an appreciation of the anime/manga.
1) Your technical abilities are amazing. The story is well put together and easily flowing. Your word choice and vocabulary give the story a vitality and mood I've hardly ever seen in fanfiction, and fits perfectly with the subject of the story.
2) I can't judge whether the characters are acting like themselves or not, but I can say you have the ability of making the characters your own in such a way that even an outsider like me can understand clearly the mannerisms and essence of each character, and in such a short story! You make me care about characters I barely know beforehand, and this talent is also missing in a lot of fanfiction.
3) The story kept me interested the whole time, unlike other fics that are well-written but lack the ability to keep the reader locked in their seat. I wanted to know the ending of this story (or lack thereof :3). The point is, I read it through, straight to the end, without batting an eye.
So, since I can't think of anything else to say right now, I'll end with this: I'm happy I got to read this story today. You have talents most sweaty fanfic writers will never conceptualize.
