Your story has too many holes in it to be readable. Taken from the hospital against doctors orders would NEVER happen, doubly so for a 7 year old. Dursleys were obviously not upstanding citizens as they were apparently drug users and sellers. When Harry turned 11 and didn't show up at Hogwarts, or another magical school, someone high up would have had Fudge force Albus to bring Harry just to show him off.
