The Prince of Snows

Another wonderful chapter. Goodness! The more chapter you put up the more I'm loosing behind in! (laughs) Which doesn't bother me a single bit. I'm only here for the ride.^.^

I just wanted to say, I read your comment(s) back. Which brings me to say...

There's millions and billions and who know's how many more people there are that wants to be authors. Not all publishing agencies can say, "Okay, you can be an author." It doesn't work that way. It's a shame too. The story actually has to have to qualities about them... one: Author Determination. Two: Ambition Three:Well, Passion! No author can actually get by with not having them.
I also think what they want to see-- something different. Something never done before. Like Anne Rice--Supernatural. Badass Vampires that are in for it for the good? (I use her as an example because she's an awsome writer. I love how she writes and I can't put her stuff down). CS Lewis-- Fantasy. (Elf's, Witches, Magical Beings) Which don't get me wrong, there's Tolkien also who wrote something almost the same. Well CS Lewis was actually the one who was trying to do the same as Tolkien; which slightly dumbfinds me! But hey, different strokes for different folks!

Another thing is, I'm glad there's authors like you. ^.^ And actually I would rather make someone happy than sad. I've been writing for over 10 years. (sighs) Drawing over 15. I've been asked to do manga's before by people I work with and they'll send it in for me. Which is nice and all, but... if your heart isn't in it... then why do it, right? I stick with writing. Like a few people sticks with Digital Imagining

Author\'s Response: you're right. about the three qualities, i mean. in the end, it's those three that really matter, right? okay. i'll do it (er, as soon as i finish something). maybe i'll make it a new year's resolution...nah, that'd jinx it for sure. ^_^ thanks for believing. and sorry about pushing you to make graphic novels or manga--reflex reaction, i guess. i remember bugging an artist friend of mine to keep making his own comics. i didn't get the hint until he started ducking into classrooms just to avoid me. ahaha. you keep on writing, and i'll keep on writing, because it's something we love. and oh! i've been on ff.net for as long as you have! how's that for loyalty? ^__^
