When i first saw that Frank was in the chapter i thought he'd beat the shit out of her for playing at his piano or something. But no, the music seemed to lighten his mood and that's why he was so nice to her, i guess?
And the ending was cute because they're all starting to like her and he almost treated her like a friend there :)
