I feel kinda bad for Marcus, he goes from not feeling much, just a draw to Casey, and now, there is no denying it, he loves her, even before they blood bond, but he is to pig headed to admit it.
Anna kind of pissed me off in this chapter. I can understand her wanting to protect Christa's daughter, but she isn't a child, and hell, Casey might even know more things then Anna thinks she knows, or possibly even more than Anna knows about the healer world. One emotion that I think Anna held on to was motherly without a doubt. She likes to fix broken things, protect the weak, and be stubborn as all hell when she gives her opinion and no one agrees with it.
