I do appreciate Hermione getting annoyed by the innate magical daftness. It happens too rarely. Why not turn it around? Obliviators also implant false memories, don't they? Have Hermione spread the idea to obliviate boring classes, replacing the memories with more exciting things. Wouldn't that be great for OWL-preparations? Keep it up.
