My only real quibble with this story is the "Friends with benefits" view both Harry & Hermione have. Frankly Ron is an ass and doesn't deserve Hermione while Harry needs all the love he can get given his life before Hogwarts and what happen after he arrived. He is a dual Lord so you could use that plot tool, but its up to you! Just keep them close and loving and I'll be happy!
