FicWad: fresh-picked original and fan fiction

This is amazing!!! I'm in a good mood today, as I'm not sick anymore, for real this time. Anyway, this is just the perfect thing to greet me when I'm already feeling like I could tap dance on the moon. This just makes me want to break out in song and dance and just, I don't even know. So, now I'm going to get on with this review about how wonderfully, terrifically, amazingly excellent this is. I really like how caring Frank is with Mikey, but he'd be ready to rip somebody's head off if they hurt Mikey. I'm a big fan of Frank like this. "Imagine the kind of pure hatred that a vampire feels for daylight and then multiply that by the outrage that an anarchist feels at being ordered around; then you may have a rough idea of how I feel about seeing Mikes cry. But I highly doubt it." I really like this line. You really get to see exactly how much he cares for Mikey and how much Mikey means to him. "The cracked ice of his eyes shatters completely to reveal a wealth of tears that pour like lava from a volcano." I also really like this line because it shows how hurt Mikey is by this. And the way you wrote the following lines, it seems like Mikey isn't hurt so much by the fact that he's adopted, but that Gerard lied to him. Of course Frank gets him to calm down and then Mikey says that Gerard and Frank are his real family, and they're the only ones he'd ever need. This was like one of this moments where you're able to find something good somewhere between or under or around something bad that has happened. Well, that's what it seems like to me. I can't even begin to tell you how clever and well written and great this is. The way you write just amazes me.
