This is really magnificent. It conveys so much emotion and I can really connect with this. People always conform to what is supposedly "normal" because they would get isolated or teased if they don't and it's considered bad to be different. Nobody really wants to get teased and it would make life so much easier if they just put aside everything that they are to be somebody that others want them to be in order to belong. People have this strange thing about being accepted by others, and if they have to be something they hate in order to be accepted, they'll most likely do it. Of course we hear all that "be yourself." talk, but you can't really do that when every body else is It's kind of like this quote by Ralph Waldo Emerson. “To be yourself in a world that is constantly trying to make you something else is the greatest accomplishment.” The most important decision in your life is deciding whether or not you want to remain a unique individual or part of a group where everybody is the same and nobody is showing their true selves. That decision will kind of be the base of who you are for the rest of your life. You can't just suddenly change without expecting other people's attitudes toward you to change as well, for better or for worse. Unfortunately, different means alone and looked down upon, but conformity means acceptance. It's an important decision to make and both choices have their bad effects. It's just a matter of which is worse. Well, beautiful job! I'm really amazed by your writing. This is truly a work of brilliance. Great job!!!

Thank you very much; I'm glad that you feel this is connectable, that's kind of what I was hoping for.
What you say about people wanting to be accepted is true; people just want to live life in the way that society says it should, in a way that makes them "happy" and popular, even if doing this rips away who they really are. I guess what I was trying to get at with "Insert Name Here" is that we all just want to be seen and to be liked, even if we won't admit it, but to do that we normally have to change ourselves to do it even if doing so makes us unhappy. It's kind of like destroying something real and "ugly" to make it fake and "beautiful". What people don't get is that others should like the real, "ugly" you because that's who you are; not the fake one. If that makes any sort of sense.
