This is a beautiful poem and I'm sure your nan will love it. It is really well written and well... just some quality writing once again! It is a really nice thing to do. It shows such emotion without being depressing and just shows how strong you are to continue for her. I'm sure your mother would love this and you should definitley give it to your nan! :)

Thank you very, very much; I sincerely hope that she will like it. I'm really glad that emotion came through in this as I really did try to make it as full of feeling as possible, so it's a relief to hear that you think it shows emotion without being depressing.
