Another amazing installment for an amazing story!
Mikey's sort of angry outburst worked really well here as it conveyed, to me at least, how scared he must actually be. Like, he's normally so quiet but the feat and pressure forced him into being vocal in order to do something to 'protect' himself. I wanted to be mad at Gerard for acting so nonchalant over the whole new school thing; he should know better than to think that it'll be easy for Mikey after all that he's been through. Or maybe Gerard was just acting like that in an attempt to make Mikey more comfortable about it all. Frank was, ad usual, amazing and adorable to read; you could really see how much he cares about and loves Mikey.
Fantastic job and I can't wait to see what happens on Mikey's first day! :D

Thank you! I'm really glad you thought Mikey's outburst fitted in here and also that you got the right message from it being that he is so scared. That is the word! Nonchalant! I was trying to think of it in the story but I couldn't and I gave a really crappy description instead. I'm glad you still understood him. He was trying to keep it calm and making sure Mikey is comfortable. Even though he didn't do a good job! I'm really happy that you like Frank in this chapter. I feel I kind of neglected him when Pete was around and was worried that it seemed their relationship had weakened. It's good to know that you see how much he loves Mikey! I'm sooooo sorry for delaying this chapter. I have no idea when it's going to be up but it will be soon! I've been thinking of ideas for one shots and stuff.
