I understand where your coming from. I've been thinking about leaving the MCR category myself too. I'm just abit nervous about making original fiction....

I agree, fan fiction has helped my writing alot, but sometimes you just have to move on =/

The thing I found most difficult about writing originally was coming up with my character's names also having a female protagonist was really strange
