Great Chapter! Luna is being treated more kindly, Draco has been slapped down verbally and hopefully made to think for himself. But I think Voldemort is just using the info in the pamphlet to get the 'purebloods' on his side. The insanity prevalent in the Gaunt line is strong in him, just not as noticeable. Voldemort is only concerned with Voldemort. That's my opinion for what it's worth.
