I really like where this is going. I thought the self-defense classes/lessons were a good idea, but ouch! Poor Jon.
Meeting the family so soon? Wow, she's brave. :) And Anna seems too over-protective, even though she probably has a right to be, with all that's happened to Christian. We haven't heard from Ben in a while, and that kinda makes me nervous... I hope he doesn't do anything nasty, though he probably will.

He set himself up to be the target! There will be more on it too because I rather liked the idea.
She is! But I'm also making Jon uncharacteristically forward, or trying to make it that way. Yes! Anna is quite the character and she kind of gets on my nerves, even though I'm the one that created her.
He has a short appearance in the next chapter as he makes out his moves but he's not gone from the story.
It's okay. :) I'm just glad to see I didn't lose your interest lol.
