Don't get me wrong, I DO agree with you. Haha. I just always think people who write like this and sound professional about it seem so bitchy and arrogant in my head.

Oh I totally get that, hence the whole "Rose, You're Too Full Of Yourself" section at the end. I just get really up myself about things and end up spouting out loads of really patronising shit like this and mentally beat myself up over it until someone tells me they agree. I know that I sound absolutely awful when I write it and truth is, I actually am arrogant and bitchy in real life but I can't help it and I do try my hardest not to be.
