i don't know if this will help but...
pour all of your feelings out and put all of them into stories (it sound stupid but) most of the people on ficwad even though you don't know most of them will read your stories if you write them and they will understand what you mean.we may not be able to see you or speak to you but we are good listeners.
so please don't do anything stupid
