Really glad to have found this story again, especially since it's fairly unique than most other fan fictions involving lemons/harems. Granted the opening scene was rather meh, with the predictable OC giving Naruto the specific technique that "changes" everything. However; I just can't picture any canon character just handing over such a technique to "Naruto" of all people, so that's not such a big issue to me.
Still, the chapter's good despite that minor issue although one of the concerns I've got is whether he continues to use the move as his signature technique later on. I know most would say the shadow clone or spiraling sphere techniques should take precedence, but I'd disagree with that given the story's direction being more sexually based.
I do like you chose Ino to start off the story, and wonder if the ending might just be one mass orgy? Ah well, story's not quite over yet so I've got time to muse over that. Much respect from continuing on the story when it could've been easier to stop or quit.
