Just a bullshit fight between Sasuke and Naruto plus resurrected kages against Obito. Honestly, Obito with the 10 tails under control at the moment should just smash the opposition. Quick question, when Naruto gets to 100 demonic chakra levels, where exactly would you have him rank in terms to bijuu? Like how strong is 100 demonic chakra levels in comparison to the bijuu? Is it like 5 tails or what?

What his Demonic Chakra Levels would be are in relation to him and him alone. For example, Kyuubi who is pure demonic Chakra without any regular chakra or Divine Chakra, would have larger reserves than Naruto if they were both at a theoretical 200 in the Levels.
Now, that isn't to say Naruto isn't stronger or weaker, just that Kyuubi being a being of pure demonic chakra would have greater Demonic Chakra levels than Naruto.
