If you could answer where you would currently rate Naruto I'd appreciate it. Like he is currently ranked a Chunin, but pure power wise and then experience wise where would you rank him?
He's already won a fight against a jonin, but would you actively rank him at jonin strength and tactics and what not?

To be fair, he won against the Jonin by the Jonin's arrogance and tactics. Would Naruto win against someone like say... Asuma? Baki? that's harder to say because I actually have a bit to work with given those two.
