Always great to see a new chapter, I have to admit that this wasn't my favourite chapter, nonetheless it was an enjoyable read.
My main gripe was how easily Naruto and Tsunade were schooled by Mito Uzumaki, admittedly she had the advantage of the Edo Tensei's nigh invulnerability, but it did seem like Naruto even with his mother's assistance was unable to 'match' Mito. I would've thought that the wife of the first Hokage while significantly powerful, wouldn't have been able to defeat Naruto in taijutsu while he was in sage mode. After which, she managed to nearly kill Naruto and siphon out the Kyuubi chakra entirely. Fortunately, Kabuto didn't manage to gain anything from the fight, and both Mito and Guren were brought back to Konoha alive and well.
While I liked how you fleshed out Mito's history and thoughts, I was a little apprehensive about her behaviour. Luckily, Tsunade managed to prevent her from mimicking Goku's/Kukaku's earlier promiscuities, and the end result was her entry into Naruto's harem and the improved relationship between Tsunade and her grandmother. The side effect of improving Naruto's mindset towards incest and the increased wearing away at Kushina's self-control was the icing on the cake.
As for the circumstances with Anko, the tension is certainly ramping up, hopefully their situation will be resolved peacefully and on a positive note. I really don't want to see Naruto lose any of his loved ones, and it seems like this particular relationship has continued to sour. At least, it seems like Naruto is becoming more conscious of his position as head of the harem and that he can't appear to be submissive to anyone. His musings about the hierarchy within the harem certainly has merit and I'm glad that he's decided not to pacify Anko by being sexually submissive to her in order to fulfill her kink. You didn't mention what exactly his and Anko's new status quo is, and I don't think it's 'friends with benefits', especially after the whole issue with Ten-ten and the harem's stance towards relationships with Naruto, and such a status would definitely impact on Naruto's image.
My thoughts on rectifying the relationship between Naruto and Anko would be from Anko's statement about her wanting to explore the kinkier side of sex. Throughout her talks with Naruto, her problem mainly comes from Naruto's disinclination towards being the sub in BDSM, while she herself continues to only imagine herself as the dom. As such, a possible solution (that I think you've already thought up) would be rather than be the dominant partner, Anko could be the submissive and Naruto the dominant, thus allowing her to explore her kinkier side with Naruto. From all her statements, it doesn't appear that she's disinclined to being the sub, so Naruto being the dom during sex would be a possible solution. It would give Anko the 'spice' she craves while allowing Naruto to preserve his 'Alpha' status within the harem.
