Interesting. Too bad you never continued this. I think that it would need a lot of backstory in the next chapter since I can't imagine that the Jedi would allow one of their Padawans to be held by a planetary government, much less mindwiping them and selling them. Perhaps Obiwan was undercover? That would be at least plausible.
