This is boring. Exposition after forced exposition with nothing happening. Who freakin' cares what exact jewelry Hermione wears? Who cares about the fucked up government? Reveal information when it's needed, not in a random appendix you call a chapter. (Actually the past few have been this way.) Is there any action in this story past the dragon and Snape-bullying?
