Interesting use of Nott, and a good alternative to canon, where the 12 nasty Death Eaters are nearly fought to a draw by 6 teens. And, given only the choice between Hermione and cho for Harry, I'd go with Hermione -- since ron seems easy to set up as internal opposition to any alliance with Slytherin, while Hermione would back Harry.
If you aren't set on one of those two, and if this is part of a Voldemort plot, Harry/Daphne could be interesting.

I believe in the Evil Overlords' list - no uber heroes or villains; everyone follows some basic rules in the universe.
