Oh, that was a perfect ending! There are just so many things I love in this. It was sad that Kyouya realized that he couldn't change things the way he wanted, especially since Haruhi was starting to think the same thing. The photo at the end was just perfect. Excellent job!

I have to confess I had a ridiculous amount of fun with the dialogue in this story. Tamaki and the Hitachiins really stepped up for me here, and all the talk between them, and with Kyouya, was a blast to put down on paper. So I'm especially pleased you mentioned enjoying the dynamic going on there. I didn't know until very close to the end, that it was going to be a bit of a downer for Kyouya. It made me pretty sad too, but Kyouya is apparently able to be noble and stoic about disappointments (which I find almost disturbingly winsome, somehow), so I guess it worked out alright, leaving him resigned to not quite getting what he wanted. Of course, it also leaves things wide open for some future revisiting of these issues, with hopefully a better outcome. If only I could figure out how that story goes (I've been stuck on it for ages)......;D Thank you again, very much, for these reviews, and for helping me get a fresh look at the stories.
