I'm very fond of this one. It fits very well with my impression of the Turks from the game, and specifically with Vincent and Tseng. Vincent as "minister" works perfectly with his death focus, thematically and in-character. Finally, the fact that the jokes were actually pretty amusing puts just the right veneer of insouciance to the darkness of the situation.
