St. Valentine's Day Massacre

I woke up feeling sorry for myself today
realizing i had nothing left to say
my once brightly colored world
is slowly turning gray

My faith in humanity
continously starting to sway
and as i sit on the rail,
the pistol shaking in my hand,
trembling in the realization of what i've done,
i overlook the land,
once filled with laughter...

The blood-stained metal glints in my hand
as i clench the trigger once again
plotting my next base of action
I woke up feeling sorry for myself today
realizing there's nothing left to say
i guess my world will always be grey
so now as i sit here, smiling softly to myself
overlooking the drama i have caused
i can't help but laugh at their tear-stained faces,
watching them wish it was all just a cruel joke
staring at their broken eyes, makes me wish,
i had the heart to cry, but sadly wishes hardly ever come true
and all there is; is one thing left to do.

I woke up feeling sorry for myself today
realizing there is one last thing to say,
as i raise my gun to tear-filled grays,
smiling in my own kind of way,
wishing you a..
