2. Never Again
Never again. Never again will I be forced to deal with this mindless abuse, with this incessant torture. I'm gone. He can't hurt me any more. There is no way in hell that that man will find me, and if he does, I know where I can go. He can't touch me any more. I'm free. Free. Bruises will no longer colour my arms, cuts and scrapes will be no more. Never again will I be beaten until I agree to keep my mouth shut. Never again will I have to cover up with make up. Never, ever again.
