Once we left Mom and Dads we headed into the city.
We had Mikeys bass and Amp sent over here when we went into L.A.
Yeah, Thats what we got Mikes for Christmas.
A new Bass.
A Fender Squier procession
and a ENGL amp.
But I still had no idea what I was gonna get Frankie.
We walked into the music shop.
Franks hand in mine, He went straight over to the guitars.
"I'll just be over here Gee"
"Kay Frankie" I smiled and headed to the counter.
"can I help you?" The man spoke with a smile.
"Yeah. I was wandering if a Bass and Amp has been delivered from California"
"You must be Gerard" He said walking out the back.
"Yes. Yes I am" I said after he'd left.
He walked back with another big smile.
"Yeah, Its here"
"Cool"
He took Mikes Bass and Amp and put them in our car.
"Babe, We're going now" I called to Frank who looked like he was dribbling.
"Frankie" I called... Nothing.
"Frank!"
"Yeah?"
"We're going honey"
"Oh. Okay then" he said quietly taking my hand and walking out to the car.
"So where are we going now?" I asked Frank who seemed to be zoned out.
"Baby, are you okay?"
"Yeah. I'm fine"
There must have been a guitar in there.. One he loved.
