My First Sonnet

The first sonnet I wrote... hoping for at least one review on this one.

Here I sit before the great Lord Most High.
On my knees, I do so beg his mercy.
To him, I do now and forever cry,
In truth, his grace ever lay eye on me-
I tremble before his everlasting
Might, not worthy to be recieved, now, ever!
The Lord God has given us everything-
Before him, I do now shake and quiver.
My Lord had saved me from my failed attempts,
His righteousness, it does flow like the sea.
Though Satan, with his false words, he does tempt,
My only God holds counsel over me.
The Lord has saved us all with his great love-
His humble throne resides in heaven's grove.
