Let's Try That Again, Shall We?

lol!
Only two snitches in play thus far? I do believe there are ball bearings mixed in with the fecal material hitting the rotating air-transfer device, because now we're seeing ricochet effects. Nice presentation of the Weasleys btw -- please, let's have a revisit of those comments when Ron shows up, as I want to see how that opinion changes. Carry on, then.Author's response
Right -- only two so far. It's no big spoiler to tell you I'm only planning two more, their original-timeline character studies are 90% written, you will _know_ when they get introduced, and it will be quite a while from now. Like, a really long time. I have plans. Let's see if I get that far. :)
I plan on taking this at an extremely leisurely pace -- it's not a novel, I'm having too much fun, and I don't need to have a precise book-to-year relationship or anything. Also next year I'll lose Charlie, who is turning out to be enormous fun to write but who I have no grand plans for, and Tonks, who will then be a main character acting out in the larger world.Let's Try That Again, Shall We?

I looked ahead, as I often do, to see how long (fingers crossed) a GOOD story is. Imagine my surprise when you've got like 50 chapters up for my enjoyment! :D Like the detention and the twin-speak. Like that Oren is using his noodle.Author's response
Thank you -- as to length, please think of it as an ongoing thing. I get stuck sometimes and don't update for a while, of course, but I plan on continuing with the story for a long time! I mean, I actually have some plans for stuff that can't happen until I get a lot further in.Let's Try That Again, Shall We?

Well Oren certainly is being overwhelmed.
Most people don't even know what to do with one life, let alone try to make a difference in a second.
And going through school twice is definitely a torture.Author's response
Yeah, I didn't want to overdo that point, but the whole genre of redo-style fanfic doesn't usually deal with it. For most people, having to relive school is the literal stuff of nightmares. When it happens in HP fanfiction, though, even unexpectedly, often everyone just sets off to save the world. I wanted to make sure my characters seemed human.
