I have come to give news from the LXG. I thought to myself great another mad man. He was obviously from London. They need you, he presumed. I didn’t understand why he called me Holmes or what he was talking about. He gave me a letter with a dark red seal.

The world needs you to join the LXG (League of Extraordinary Gentlemen). We have been told that you possess a talent or few talents that could be useful. If you desire to join us a ship will be leaving in two days. We would be pleased to have you join us.

I pondered and then I figured I might as well get out of this mad house. We finally arrived in London, England. I lived in Birmingham, England. I felt very uncomfortable there. There was a bid round table and four people around it all which includes: a very pale, ginger man, a strange looking woman, an Indian and an invisible man. “This is Miss Elizabeth Hol, “It’s just Elizabeth. “I interrupted. Everyone looked puzzled until Benjamin told me everyone’s names. “This is Rodney Skinner”, he said. “Pleased to meetcha miss” he said. “This is Mr. Jekyll/Hyde”, he continued. He pleasantly smiled and waved, and I smiled back. “This is Mina. “ She obviously didn’t like me. He finished “and this is Nemo”.” Hello Miss,” he said.” Sorry I’m late”, we heard as the door slammed. I’m Tom Sawyer.” Skinner said, “What talent do you have?” I pulled my bow out of my left boot and shot right next to Skinners head fast as lightning. Tom’s face was so shocked. I smiled and said, “May we proceed.” They all said mhm still in shock. Nemo pulled out a recording that contained our mission. The voice sounded familiar, but I couldn’t put my finger on it. Our mission was to go to America. We left on the Nautilus. Tom Sawyer led me to my room. If you need anything let me know,” he said. I smiled and said,” Thanks”. “He said No problem I’m a useful kind of guy.” He said as he left. I went to sleep. Early in the morning, I woke up to go out and see the sun rise it was a tradition. I found some English muffins on my dresser with a note that read T.S. It was thoughtful of him but I really didn’t eat only Elven bread. I went out quietly to the deck so no one would wake up. The sunrise was beautiful. Tom met me out there .He startled me so I quickly grabbed an arrow. He grabbed my wrist and simply said “It’s ok it is just me.” He could feel how fast my pulse was going. He said “Breathe.” I finally calmed down. He said “Why are you up so early couldn’t sleep?” I said,” No, it’s just a tradition where I’m from.” “Yes and where are you from. “He said. “I am from Middle Earth. “I said. “Never been there before. “He said. “I smiled and said, “Not many people have just hunters and bad people after the ring was destroyed.” “What ring? “He asked. I said “I’ve said too much.” He said,” Don’t worry you can trust me. “I said. “Perhaps, but I can trust not too many other people.” He said “I don’t understand were the only ones up here. “Hi, Skinner”, I said. “Wow you’re good “, he said. “I have important news from Captain Nemo”, he addressed. We started walking to the meeting place. We walked into the room where everyone was there including a new chestnut brown haired girl. Captain Nemo stated “We have a new addition to the team.” We all welcomed her and found out her name was Violette. Skinner finally spoke out and said “What is your talent love?” “I am a time traveler and I am invincible to bullets in which you use in this time right?” she said. ”Not all of us” I independently stated. Tom chuckled. Skinner told her what LXG was all about and what our mission was. Her talent was not of the sort that we have. Skinner led her to her room. She must have been cold from being wet. I walked in her room and politely introduced myself. She seemed to like me. She realized I talked very proper. I left and walked to the music room of the Nautilus where there was a beautiful black and ivory piano and a chestnut brown violin. I started playing Beethoven’s Moonlight Sonata. I heard a sound and said,” Quite the nosey one are we Mr. Sawyer. Would you like to watch?” He laughed and said “Yes please.” I continued playing. He must have liked it because he listened quietly. After I was finished, he applauded me like he was at a concert. I sat there until he finally spoke out and said “Where did you learn to play like that?” All of the el-My people learned and instrument. I mastered in piano, flute, and a little violin. His face had a puzzled expression. “So before we left the deck what were you talking about something about a ring? “He said. “A long time ago a hobbit named Bilbo Baggins found the ring of power that had the power to take over Middle Earth, where I am from. He gave it to his nephew to take along with 8 companions 3 other hobbits, a wizard, a dwarf, an elf and a human. They took it to Mount Doom before it could get into evil’s hands.” I said. He said, “Oh I have never heard that legend before.” I smiled and said, “It’s a wonderful one. “ Soon after hunters and rangers attacked Middle Earth and burned down only the small elf town where I am from. They didn’t get anywhere else though.” I continued. “I’m sorry I must leave now.” I said as I ran out. He said “Don’t go.” I had already left though. It pained me to talk about such horrible subjects. As the tears ran down my face; I ran back to my room. “Don’t cry.” said a strange voice. Nobody was in the room. It was very weird. We all met to discuss topics over dinner. I sat next to Violette and Tom. Nemo had made some wonderful food. We discussed what we were going to America for. Nemo said,” We are going to defeat the evil in America, and we might even recruit new members. I asked,” Where are we going?” Nemo smiled and said, “Off the coast of Louisiana a place called New Orleans.” We finished eating and I went to my room where I was followed by Tom. He didn’t know I knew he was following me. I walked in my room. He stopped at my door. I walked in the bathroom to take a quick shower. I no longer thought I was being followed so I sang in the shower. Tom listened outside the bathroom door. After I was done, I walked out saw him and shrieked. He scared me. He said, “Its ok it’s just me.” I finally calmed down, but I was breathing with haste. He put his hand on my shoulder. I said, “What on earth are you doing in here?” He said, “I heard you singing.” “Oh so that makes an excuse. Did you know I was naked in the shower?” He laughed, which made me laugh. He said I must be going now Goodnight Miss.” He said as he kissed my cheek. He said, “Sorry and ran out embarrassed. I blushed. My face was shocked. I rubbed my warm cheek and went to bed. In the morning I woke up for my usual view of the sun. Tom met me out there as usual. He said,” By the way you have a beautiful voice.” I blushed again and laughed. We stood out there until Violette and Skinner joined us. We all were talking when we finally saw land in America.We had made it to new Orleans .It was gloomy and dark a very different aura than the ship. We stayed on the ship one last night before we docked.it was night and I was in my room. I was moving stuff around and I found an old picture frame I tried to set it up to look at it but it fell and shattered ,my leg got all cut up. So I decided to heal it with my healing song .
