  Some suggestions [but you can do what you want, even just ignore me ;-) ]
  
  The house elf's have their own school and Dobby is in his last year. And he is going to help his Master Harry who he is sure wants nothing to do with this tournament (he is just too busy with his 'Miony).
  
  One snap with Dobby's fingers and the paper with Harry's name on is no longer. Instead it's Dobby's own name and the fake Moody is none the wiser.

  I can see where this plot bunny came from; very good payback on the MOB. It would be tough to write out, though
