To be honest, I have problems with pronouciations and such, being an Egyptian and all.
I can't even pronounce Gerard's name for crying out loud. I say it like Gererd or something. When I read Lorna's author note in one of the chapters in FOTGTD and she wrote that she also says it like "GerERD" instead of "GerARD" I was like YESS! I'm not stupid after all.
I still call him Gererd lol, but my question for today is HOW THE FUCKING HELL DO YOU PRONOUNCE ALICIA'S name
