Frankie nibbled nervously on her finger nails, chipping the black nail polish, As she waited for her results. It had been 3 minutes now, "2 more minutes left" thought frankie. She looked at the watch and watched as the seconds ticked on. It passed the 12 now telling frankie that its now 4 minutes "won't be long now" frankie whispered
1, 2, 3, 4, 5,......
frankie could feel her heart quicking
21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27,.......
Frankie took a deep breath and closed her eyes
35, 36, 37, 38, 39, 40,.......
Frankie opened her eyes

As she stared at the result, her fingers began to shake, "...Oh my....." she could barely say another word. Frankie threw the test in the little trash bin making sure it was hidden. she then sat on the floor, Her head filled with thoughts. Frankie couldn't believe it. She thought about last when gerard and her.... No she thought but that was 3 weeks ago, gerard used protection and she was on the pill could have those two failed Is it possible? But wouldn't she have taken the test a week earlier? Or even be having sickness the morning after they..? Unless they did it the night, they went to the bar, frankie couldn't remember what happen after. But when she awoke that morning she had her clothes on and a killer head ache. she threw up that morning too. Frankie Got Up off the floor and went out of the bathroom, got her car keys and went to her car and drove off in the rain. she had to think.
