Batman watched from outside of Gordon office as the man embraced Aly. Batman smiled from in the shadow. Batman left the area. He head home to Alfred who was waiting for his report of the greeting that Gordon gave Aly. He would normally have called but he was tired and the wounds that the guy watching Aly had given him were still healing and so he head home for a nice bath and some TV time. Before he would hit the rack for a few hours.
