Idk what the hell is going on with me right now but I feel crazy and paranoid. I zoned out completely while driving and I think I may have almost hit someone's car but I don't really remember. The whole day has felt surreal, like a blur. I feel like I'm second guessing all my actions and I can't seem to separate my thoughts and reality. I just keep fading out. I'm so scared I don't know what I should do.
