1Moving
Fingertips that hold silver,
A mind that longs for this to be over,
Blood dripping down wounds that leak,
Bloodshot eyes with tears to weep,
Blades, pills, a full bathtub,
A noose, a gun, no more love,
Lie, liar, go on and lie,
But stick to the promise that you won’t say goodbye,
You will only fail of you try,
So try, try, try not to die,
Whisper words to your own self,
“I make this vow to myself,”
So, now, you cannot forget,
Although your arms are bloody and your cheeks are wet.
