Mend: Sakura
Her legs pumped fiercely, and her chest burned with exhaustion.
They're always ahead of her; faster, stronger, leaving destruction in their wake, tripping her up. Sakura tries harder than she should and it hurts; she still sees them in the distance. Stopping aches more than following, but she does it anyway, or they'll pull her along in their recklessness.
She's the smart one. Let inertia carry them. Stop and think, Sakura. Someone needs to fix things.
"It's not bad, to trail behind. It's easier to clean up, for one. And once everything is torn apart, they'll need help to heal."
