  This is surprisingly good. It takes a bit of rereading and a revisit to my reference books to get some of the references, but they were worth it. Good job!
  
  As a math geek in high school, I don't exactly share your difficulty in converting moles to grams... but I can understand the pain of listening to a teacher trying to make puns.
