I was amazed with characteristics of both trucks that have improved on gas mileage. My son currently owns a 2005 #link# that is a gas guzzler. Part of our job as parents was to convince him that he needed to cut down on size and economize. His job, as the child, was to convince us that sufficient advances had been made to compensate for the gas mileage that he was getting on a car that's 15 years old.
