One-shot. What if wizards and Muggles couldn't get along as well as they do in the books?
- I'll be honest with you: There isn't anything actually wrong with this story. The writing is technically good and you don't commit any unforgivable literary sins. The problem is that there is nothing to really recommend this as a one-shot.
You cannot really write a story like this without going in to a lot more detail. Why did Harry do this? What is his goal? Does he have allies or is he doing this on his own? All these questions need to be answered before this story could really be worth the reading.

- Interesting story, but a bit on the brief side. I would have liked to see a third scene, perhaps Hermione freaking out over humanitarian aspects in a debate with Ron or another pureblood over the nuclear strikes as opposed to a short paragraph at the end. You could have had Harry simply sitting and conducting the movements of the flames in the fireplace while the two lamented and argued over the current situation; at least I think that it would have been more powerful than just outright stating what happened in the end.
Regardless, pretty original idea and decent execution.
