Runaway
0 Reviewsit's a poem i wrote kind of dealing with my current situation. of leaving home. I didn't put a lot of thought into it but it's ok.
I don't want to get teary
But when things are dark and weary
And it seems like things are never right
But in that darkness you find a light
Leading you out of sight
Disapearing into the night
Leaving that place you once called home
But atleast your not quite alone
But it's still hard to walk away
You kind of wished to stay
But you know
It is time to go
You wonder what your parents think or say
Now that your a runaway
Are they mad or sad
Or are they glad
Because now your gone
But for how long
Will you stay away
And come back another day
Or maybe you will not return
And will your eyes burn
With fears
Or a never ending stream of tears
But when things are dark and weary
