FUCK! Stupid writer's block. What does she see in him anyway? I lay on my bed thinking about Amara. I was working on one of the last couple songs for the album.

The boys and I have been busy as beavers. What a lame cliché. I can't even think of something cleverer. What the fuck is wrong with me!?! You've barely seen Amara, that's what. I've thought about her at least once every day for the last two weeks. But it's just easier this way, not to see her, it just hurts too much.

I buried myself in my writing, and recording new songs for the album. My plan worked so far... to a certain extent. I gotta get over it, and stop lying to myself that I am. I thought about coming out to Amara, but it didn't go exactly to plan.

[Flashback]

It was a few days after Pete's party. I had just mustered up enough courage to leave uni, and now I hoped I had enough balls to tell her how I felt. The image of the other night flashed in my head, scaring me. I decided to confess before I lost her forever.

I found her.

Already having coffee with Pete.

Looking very cozy and holding hands.

To add salt to the wound, he started whispering in her ear cause her to laugh.
Her beautiful laugh, I sighed. I remember that laugh from long ago. Now someone she had known for less that a week was the source for her new found happiness, I thought bitterly to myself.

That happiness was not me. Never has and never will. It grew more and more painful to watch, so I left. Not completing what I set out to do. Not telling her how I felt. Leaving one of the most amazing people behind.

You're too late. I've missed your shot. They're together. These thoughts ran through my head for the rest of the week.

[End flashback]

Ever since Pete signed us, straight to work it was. A blessing and curse in disguise. My dream is coming true, but at the same time I'm losing the only girl I've ever really cared about. I guess it's good because the music keeps my mind off Amara, but how long could that last?

For the first time in the last crazy two weeks, we all had the night off. It was Halloween. No trick or treating for us, but an exclusive get together in Fall Out Boy's hotel room. Despite the fact Pete was organizing it, this was really was going to be small. Just Fall Out Boy, Panic! At the Disco... and Amara.

Jon and some of the others were already at the hotel. "Hurry up princess. We're already late." I ushered to Brendon. "I can't get my hair the way I like it," he whined. It's probably gonna get messed up anyway. And who you trying to impress? It's just the guys."

"Ya never know who you'll run into." I rolled my eyes. Typical, I thought. I glanced at my reflection through the corner of my eye. Yup, make up and hair is fine. I smiled contentedly. Brendon caught me looking and raised his eyebrow. "What!?" I asked. "Nothing. Diva," he muttered.

Moments later, we had arrived. Pete answered the door, with Amara riding piggyback. Awkward.

Suck it up Ry.
I told myself. Well I guess he's better than her past boyfriends. They share so much chemistry. They look perfect. Oh well, oh well oh well. Get over it. Enjoy the night.

"Ryan!!!!!!!!! I've missed you so much!" Amara hopped off and gave me a bear hug. Yup. This is going to be easy to get over.

"Ahem," coughed Brendon.

"Oh you too Bee!" She hugged him hello as well.

"We've missed you too Amara. You're looking nice as always. Sorry we're late," Brendon said.

Her cheeks flushed a faint pink, "Thank you, you're too sweet or thank Dolce & Gabbana. Oh, don't worry you're not that late. Spence still isn't here yet. He's picking up Lacey!"

"That's cool. I've been waiting to meet his girlfriend. Anyway you Vegas boys. It's Halloween. What scary thing can we do in Sin City?" wondered Patrick.

"STRIP POKER!!!" cried Jon.

"Not exactly what I had in mind but good idea I suppose."

"I think it's an excellent idea," piped up Pete.

Amara began to protest. "That's not fair! You guys have pants and shirts and I only have a dress on."

"Not for long my dear" Pete taunted.

"We'll see about that" she retorted. I don't think Pete was aware that Amara's been playing Texas Hold'em since she was 8. She would beat me almost every time.

Spencer had arrived but decided to sit it out with Andy, talking about drums. Lacey joined in though. We started playing, with Joe as Dealer. Within the next 30 minutes or so Pete, Brendon and Jon were left in their nothing but their boxers, I still had my shirt and his boxers, Patrick still fully clothed along with Amara.

"You two are teaming up aren't you? Stop cheating, Trick." accused a mopey Pete.

"Stop calling me that or I just might start to." Patrick smirked.

"Amara! Baby, I didn't know you knew how to play."

"You never asked sweetie," she said batting her eyelashes tauntingly.

"Is it wrong if that kinda turns me on?" Pete asked, grinning again.

Bleh. I can only take so much, Ryan watched wordlessly.

The pain was becoming unbearable that his suffering was reaching the point of where he just didn't care anymore. "Be happy for her." His conscious fighting with the green-eyed monster.

Pete, Amara and Patrick were left in this round.

The flop had revealed: Ten of Hearts, Ten of Spades, and Ace of Hearts.

Amara was holding an Ace of Diamonds, and the Ace of Spades.

Whoa nice hand, she thought to herself. Full house on the flop.

She bet low, not wanting to give any clue of her decent hand. "You're move Mister Bond."

"That's what the bad guy says just before they loose." Pete called and raised $50.

"Fold," Patrick declared.

Joe dealt the next card, revealing an Ace of Clubs.

Even better, four pips.

Amara bet and Pete called nonchalantly, not raising it this time. SOMEONE was bluffing in the first round.

"River card - Queen of Hearts," announced Joe in a professional dealer voice.

Hmmm. He could have the flush. But I'm not backing out now. I'll take him for what he's got. Amara thought to herself and giggled.

"$200," she bet.

Pete called and raised another $100. He's so bluffing. He did that bluff in the last round.

Smugly she said, "I call and raise $50."

"Call"

"Okay all bets are in. Players... show your cards," Joe pronounced.

"Four aces honey" Amara taunted Pete.

"Damn. Pretty good baby. But I am so sorry." Pete's calm voice became cockier.

"ROYAL Flush, your majesty."

"OHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH SNAP!" cried Brendon.

"Pwnage," laughed Andy.

I couldn't help but laugh. She rarely gets beaten.

"WHAT! OH MY GOD! NO FREAKIN WAY WENTZ!!!!!!!!!! I sooo hate you." She pouted.

"That's right baby STRRRRIP."

"FINE!" Amara walked over to Pete and unzipped her little black dress. She seductively slide out of it and let it fall to the floor. "Happy?"

"Very."

Whoa. Damn. Everyone was staring at her amazing body. Underneath her dress, Amara was wearing a purple lace bra embroidered with black hearts. She had lacey underwear to match. But biggest turn on for the boys was her flattering black knee high stocking. Since when does she dress like this? I wondered.

She went to the bed and lay down on her stomach. Is she trying to make this harder for me or what? She looks like something from RALPH magazine. Jeez.

Brendon suddenly pierced my thoughts. "God, she looks hot aye? Last time we saw Amara in her underwear was ... I can't even remember." All I could do was nod in reply.

They played two more rounds, resulting in one completely nude Pete Wentz and Brendon about to cry. "Okay... can we stop playing now? Game is getting old. We got Amara out of her dress after like 100 rounds, can we do something different pleaseee?" he pleaded, while flashing his charming smile.

"HAHA very funny," mocked Amara.

"Anyone up for a classic? Truth or Dare?" suggested Jon.

He's full of games tonight that boy. They set up and Jon spun first. Spin. Spin. Spin. The bottle started to slow down... right on Pete. "Hmm. This is going to be fun," Jon smirked.

"Dare." Pete answered.

"I dare you... to call up a male friend and ask him if he would like to hear a bedtime story. If they say yes you have to tell one. No one in this room counts."

"I accept your challenge Mr. Walker. I know just who to call."

Pete searched through his phone, dialed the number and then waited for the person on the other line to pick up. He put it on loudspeaker for everyone to hear. Ring, ring. Ring, ring.

"This is Arnold's Pizza Shop. I'm not heere now I'm out killing pepparoni!! Please leave a message aft..."

"Cut the crap man."

"HAHA you know me too well, so Wentz my man what can I do you for?"

"You can do me for free. But first just answer one question for me Dirty baby. Would you like to hear a bedtime story?"

"What the fuck Wentz? I told you not tonight. I'll talk to you later man, I'm busy being Dirty."

And with that the conversation ended.

"BAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHH HA HA HA HA HA!!!!!" Everyone in the room was howling with laughter and Amara was literally rolling on the floor laughing.

"Okay, my turn," Pete grinned. It landed on Andy. "Dare." "Heh-heh-heh sweet. I just thought of this the other day. Andy, run out of the hotel shirtless."

"No problem. No different from when I'm on stage."

"While singing, "What's My Age Again?""

"I always hate you part 2's. Alright here I go. Anyone coming to watch"

"As if we'd miss that!!" chuckled Joe.

Everyone filed out of the hotel room and headed down the elevator.

They watched as Andy ran around the lobby twice and then finally out the entrance. You could faintly hear the chorus of Blink coming from outside. Pete recorded the whole thing on his phone. "I don't think we'll be allowed back in the hotel. You guys head up, I'll make sure Andy hasn't gotten arrested for indecent exposure and disturbing the peace."

Once everyone had returned, Andy spun the bottle, which landed on Spencer. "Truth."

"Awww you're no fun Spence," laughed Andy. "I know you Panic! Boys would love to run down the street singing Blink songs."

"Leave him alone. I wouldn't want to do any of your mental dares either." Defended Amara.

"So Spence. Tell us what quality do you dislike the most about the person sitting to your right?"

Spencer grinned. "He hogs the mirror and uses up all the hot water and takes forever in the bathroo..."

"WHOA WHOA WHOA!" cut off Brendon. "He said what you dislike the most. Not write list to "everything I hate about Brendon." He pouted. "I'm only kidding Bren. I don't hate those qualities. They're just the most annoying habits of yours," teased Spencer.

Spence spun and it pointed towards Joe. "Dare me biatch." "I dare you to the next room and ask to borrow a cup of sugar."

Joe went to the room a couple doors down. "Room service. Hi, I was just wondering if I could borrow some sugar." He held up a measuring cup for the person to see. The next second, the door was slammed shut in his face.

Everyone had poked their head out of the room to watch. They started to snicker, and then quickly retreated inside as Joe came back looking annoyed. "She was a fine sort too," he said bummed.

Brendon was next. "Umm.. Truth!" "So Brenny Bear. Are you a virgin?" "What? Did I say truth? I meant dare," he insisted, changing the topic.

Everyone was snickering, because we all knew the truth.

"Cheater. Okay fine. For that you have to pash the next person the bottle points to," Joe said malevolently, with a smile on his face.

My first thought. Oh god. Please don't let it be Amara. He'll get to kiss her before I ever do. Please, if anybody is listening.

I opened his eyes to find it pointing at...

ME!

Oh fuck.

Awkward silence began to set in. Ah fuck. Brendon was never one to back out on a dare. The next moment Brendon had feverishly cupped my face in his hand. He puckered up his plump, soft lips and then let them crash onto my own.

"MMMMWAH!"

Wonderful. How intimate. I thought sarcastically.

"Thank you Brendon," I spat at him, wiping my lips. He grinned at me. "It's just some fun old buddy, old pal of mine." He scrunched up his face in an attempt to be cute.

I looked at Amara, who was smiling at me. I couldn't help but smile back shyly.

"Don't worry. Me and Pat have kissed heaps of times for laughs," announced Pete. Everyone started laughing, while Patrick rolled his eyes.

Brendon spun the bottle and it landed on Amara.

Amara panicked. If I pick truth, Brendon might make me come out to Ryan about how I feel. I mean felt. "Dare." I feel safer if he chooses the dare then the guys from Fall Out Boy, Amara thought.

Brendon had a devilish smirk on his face. The trademark for when I know there's going to be trouble. Amara started to look doubtful.

Brendon words echoed as he pronounced each one. "I.. dare.. you.. to.. kiss.." His eyes scanning the room. "LACEY!"

"BRENDON! You dork!" cried Lacey.

Clearly he was still a little hurt by Spence's early comment, "Now we're even" he smiled at him.

Amara and Lacey knew each other since late middle school. They grew closer over time and even more so when she started dating Spencer. She was the best girl friend Amara had ever had. She was probably the only girl friend she had.

"You don't mind do you?" Amara whispered to Lacey.

"Nah. I guess not. Wanna punish these boys?" she smirked.

"Yea. Let's do it," grinned Amara.

Amara got on top of Lacey and started to straddle her hips. She leaned in seductively. their lips millimeters away from each other. She lingered, and then. What I saw before my eyes, was... whoa. Amazing! Damn testosterone. The room stood still for a moment and then came back to life as they pulled apart. However, at the same time something was bothering me.

"Lace!!!!!!!" whined Spencer.

"You know you love it darling. And I only have eyes for you so relax." She kissed Spence on the cheek. He looked like he was struggling between looking annoyed or happy.

I couldn't put my finger on it. First, I thought it was just me wishing that was me Amara was kissing instead of Lacey, but later that night I realised... I realised I couldn't recognise Amara like I used to. As subtle as the differences were, I was seeing a new side of Amara. A different one, much more wild and daring.

That night as I lay thinking in the dark, I rolled over and turned on the light, knowing exactly how to finish that song.

A.N: If you're wondering what else happened after Amara and Lacey kissed they got bored of Truth or Dare and watched movies. If you want to know what movies. Let's just say... The Corpse Bride, LOL.

Oh also. Obviously i ad-lib to the 'Time to Dance" lyrics just to show Ryan in the process of writing the song. It's liner notes people! XD
