  I could melt. One is allowed to write the story they want without slaughtering canon, and that is exactly what this is. Prose is detailed, visceral, and often times heart wrenching. Survivor’s guilt meets coping mechanisms in a piece that feels so tangible and real that their hurts become mine. I can't remember the last time I read sex that wasn't crude. I drank this story in and found my thirst quenched but very much ready for more. Thank you.

  Oh this was lovely ^_^ Your narrative captures the essence of Yuffie, the bubbly energy and optimism and playfulness. You characterize very well, and Leon is cliche because he is through Yuffie filters, but his character shines through the subtext.

  This is the only Leon/Yuffie story I've EVER read an it was AMAZING.
  
  Such perfect freaking VOICE, perfect word usage, perfectperfectperfect. I adored the Cloud Mambo, because, fuck, finally someone ACKNOWLEDGES Clouds freak out moments. And instead of playing up the emotard that Cloud has become, finally finally finally all his freaky-deaky-ness managed to shine through -- and he wasn't even a main character.
  
  And ho shit, a moseying smile is classic Cloud.
  
  But I loved Vincent's.... knowing. Just the way Yuffie knew he knew everything, the way she quoted "..."
  
  dedness.
