  Ah, a nice chapter giving us a view of a different magical district. I like the changes in wand and pet; if Voldie comes after this Harry, the lack of brother wands could really get interesting.

  Harry should have asked why his parents would have had money in a French bank.

  Pretty good so far. Like it. As for the Chapter 3 question at the end.. doesn't a malaclaw (or at least it's venom) cause bad luck?
