  If Harry sets Vicky and Hermione, then I think he can be forgiven smashing him about (esp. since we know Hermione is after Harry in fifth year anyway)

  Strictly speaking, Hermione was fifteen well before the Durmstrang contingent even arrived ;)
  
  Anyway! LOVE this story. I think Slytherin!Harry would've made SO much more interesting a protagonist ;) The idea of him... well, having Myrtle as a minion xD is brilliant.
