Patrick's P.O.V.
I knocked on Pete's door. "Go away," he said, a hint of
depression in his voice. I came in anyway, despite his warnings
of throwing things at me. "You're still concerned about
Crystalynne, aren't you?" I asked, the concern in my voice
genuine. For a while, there was an awkward silence.
"Pete, talk to me please," I said again, making sure my attempt
to talk to him wasn't ill-fated. There for a second, I thought
it would have been, then he spoke up. "I miss her Patrick. For
all you know, she could have been killed in that accident," he
said, starting to cry. He sat up and I pulled him into a
hug. "Pat, you're a good friend," he said. "I know. Come on and
get dressed. I invited Joe and Andy over and they'll be here
any minute."

Patrick's P.O.V.
